‘I saunter’d pondering,

On Time,
Space, Reality–on such as these, and abreast with them Prudence.’

Song of Prudence, Walt Whitman.

I'm attempting to decipher and understand notions of the nature of our being and subsequently our identities; the historic, the artificial, the superficial, the transient.

There is an apparent unawareness of a partaking in an abject upheaval of gay values, which
only compounds the valueless commercialism at the base of modern gay culture
offered by those delimiting spaces in which a queer community is supposed to develop
and thrive.

It is my intention to create a dialogue concerning the
relationships of contemporary gay culture with time, reality and a connection to
the inherent.
